Read through the stages and get an overview of the process. Check that you feel
comfortable using this process. It is hard enough having a decision to make
without having to think about how to make it as well! To make this easier for
yourself you can try any of the following:
i) follow the stages and exercises using them as a guide and filling in the
templates as you come to them (you can Endorsementsdownload a version
of this method for ease of use)
ii) ask a trusted, fair-minded, sympathetic and challenging friend to help you.
Ask your friend to read this through as well and then ask your friend to take
you through the stages and exercises.
iii) email us (PROGRESS@www.decision-making.co.uk)
for brief and free help
iv) email us (PROGRESS@www.decision-making.co.uk)
for either email counselling, or, if, you live in travelling distance of London
a personal session or series of sessions (rates by mutual agreement)
v) email us (PROGRESS@www.decision-making.co.uk)
to arrange training in the use of PROGRESS for an institution you are attached
to
